To avail the services of SRO, the users must register as a member by providing true and correct information in our registration process. Any discrepancies found in the information provided by the users, SRO reserve the right to cancel the registration at anytime without notice.
SRO provides services to users
- i) to post their properties for sale or rent
- ii) who wish to place advertise in the website or on newspapers affiliated to SRO
- iii) who look to buy or rent any property or properties in the SRO's website
- iv) Who wish to receive advertisements or promotional e-mails or materials from SRO
SRO is committed to provide services to its direct customers, who may be individuals or Real estate brokers or agents or builders or companies or person who is authorized by any of the above to represent them and the commitment shall not be applicable to any other person other than the SRO's direct customer.
c) TERMINATION OF USE
SRO reserves the right to modify or delete the service and cancel or suspend the membership of any person at any time, if the user is found violating the terms and conditions of use of the SRO services. Such cancelled users will be entitled to the refund of the fees paid by them, on pro-rata basis and the decision of the SRO in this regard shall be final and binding. The registered users by providing any information in relation to any property to SRO represent and warrant that the registered user is
- i) Either the legal owner of the property or their authorized agent(s), acting upon a valid power of attorney, or
- ii) Any person entitled to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights.
In case of any discrepancies SRO reserve the rights to take all necessary actions both civil and criminal, in addition to the deletion or cancellation of the services provided by the SRO.
e) CONTENT
The registered user shall not provide information's which
- i) infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- ii) are inaccurate, deceptive and or materially incorrect
- iii) are obscene, including pornographic, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive material
- iv) defames any person or organization
- v) are otherwise unlawful or encourage unlawful conduct, or
- vi) inappropriate having regard to the purpose of the Website.
The registered user shall not use the information obtained form the SRO website or other services to contact, to advertise elsewhere, solicit or sell to any member without the explicit consent from SRO. In case of any violation, The SRO reserves the right to suspend any registered users for such period as it deems appropriate or to restrict or delete the accounts of the registered users.

g) DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The arbitration proceedings shall be carried out by a sole arbitrator, identified by SRO. The arbitration shall be carried out at Coimbatore and be regulated under the provisions of the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The user/users and SRO expressly understand and agree that the award shall be the sole, exclusive, final, and binding remedy regarding any and all of disputes presented to the sole arbitrator.
h) IDEMNITY
The users agree to indemnify and hold SRO, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including arbitration fees made by any third party due to arising out of your use of the SRO services in violation of the agreement and/or arising from a breach of any terms of the agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
i) CONFIDENTIALITY
For the purpose of the availing the services of SRO and accessing the SRO website, 'Confidential Information' means all commercial, technical, operational, staff, management and other information, data and know-how relating to the service of a party which may be supplied to or may otherwise come into the possession of the other, whether orally or in writing or in any other form, and which is confident or proprietary in nature or otherwise expresses by the disclosing party or by any of its associates to be confidential and not generally available to the public.
