SRO provides services to users

c) TERMINATION OF USE
SRO reserves the right to modify or delete the service and cancel or suspend the membership of any person at any time, if the user is found violating the terms and conditions of use of the SRO services. Such cancelled users will be entitled to the refund of the fees paid by them, on pro-rata basis and the decision of the SRO in this regard shall be final and binding. SRO may at any time, in its sole discretion prohibit or restrict any user from accessing any or all of the services of SRO.

The registered users by providing any information in relation to any property to SRO represent and warrant that the registered user is
- i) Either the legal owner of the property or their authorized agent(s), acting upon a valid power of attorney, or
- ii) Any person entitled to submit the information and that the information is accurate, not confidential, and not in violation of any contractual restrictions or other third party rights.
In case of any discrepancies SRO reserve the rights to take all necessary actions both civil and criminal, in addition to the deletion or cancellation of the services provided by the SRO.

The registered user shall not use the information obtained form the SRO website or other services to contact, to advertise elsewhere, solicit or sell to any member without the explicit consent from SRO. In case of any violation, The SRO reserves the right to suspend any registered users for such period as it deems appropriate or to restrict or delete the accounts of the registered users.

Though, SRO would take all possible measures to avoid any misrepresentation, fraud, illegal or unlawful action or inaction by any person using the services, SRO does not guarantee for any accuracy, correctness, reliability of any information or content regarding the property, price, plan, location, opinion/suggestions etc provided by the users. g) DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising between user/users and SRO out of use of the website or other services of SRO, in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of the agreement between the user and the SRO, the dispute shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration. The arbitration proceedings shall be carried out by a sole arbitrator, identified by SRO. The arbitration shall be carried out at Coimbatore and be regulated under the provisions of the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The user/users and SRO expressly understand and agree that the award shall be the sole, exclusive, final, and binding remedy regarding any and all of disputes presented to the sole arbitrator.
The users agree to indemnify and hold SRO, its subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including arbitration fees made by any third party due to arising out of your use of the SRO services in violation of the agreement and/or arising from a breach of any terms of the agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
For the purpose of the availing the services of SRO and accessing the SRO website, 'Confidential Information' means all commercial, technical, operational, staff, management and other information, data and know-how relating to the service of a party which may be supplied to or may otherwise come into the possession of the other, whether orally or in writing or in any other form, and which is confident or proprietary in nature or otherwise expresses by the disclosing party or by any of its associates to be confidential and not generally available to the public. The party disclosing the confidential information under this agreement is also referred to as the 'Disclosing Party' and the party receiving the information's under this agreement as the 'Receiving Party'.
The Receiving Party shall keep confidential and secret and not disclose to any third party the confidential information or any part of it, except to any of the Receiving Party's associates, if required and upon prior permission in writing from the disclosing party.
